You can visit the old fashioned taffy shops or one of the 8 other candy stores. If you need to eat something more substantial, you can chow down at one of the town's many family friendly restaurants.

Want to imbibe straight from the source? Estes park has 3 breweries, a winery, and a distillery so you can bring home some libations (or enjoy them during your stay).
